Metallurgical equipment: 500000 tons yearly outpuy; Product thick range: 1.2~12.7mm; width range: 700~1430mm; tensile strength: 800MPa.
The skin pass mill used for hot-rolled coil skin passing, recoiling and cutting is designed independently. The main equipment includes the loading device, the uncoiler, the five roll straightener, the four roll temper mill, the splitting machine, the tension device, the recoiling machine, the unloading device, the tying machine, the marking machine and so on.
Applying walking beam automatic coiling system to loading device.
Applying CPC and EPC to uncoiler.
Using dry skin passing for skin pass mill.
Setting up AGC roll gab adjustment system, roll bending system, roll shifting device.
Applying oil-air lubrication to work roll and support roll.
