Shanghai Electric Distributed Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "company") is jointly held by Shanghai Electric Group  Co., Ltd and enterprise employees.

The company was established in April 2016 and is one of the first pilot enterprises for employee shareholding in state-owned holding mixed-ownership enterprises of the Shanghai State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission.

The company currently has 32 employees, with a master's and doctoral degree ratio of 44%. It has applied for 98 invention patents and obtained 41 invention patents, 10 utility model patents, 5 design patents, and 23 software copyrights. It has participated in the revision of 3 national standards and 1 industry standard.

With advanced and mature R & D capabilities, senior industry application experience, and innovative and flexible operation methods, the company independently develops multiple products such as energy management systems and photovoltaic intelligent cleaning robots, which are widely used in various comprehensive energy projects such as distributed photovoltaic, energy storage, and photovoltaic-storage-charging microgrids.

By providing customers with a closed-loop "butler" service for the entire project life cycle that integrates early-stage consulting and planning and design, mid-term project construction, and all-round online and offline energy trusteeship services in the later stage of the project, comprehensive energy project solutions and services are realized, including reasonable planning of multiple energies, accurate and efficient system control, high-quality delivery of project engineering, and intelligent and safe project operation and maintenance.
