WMM 2800mm Titanium Hot Rolling Mill
Metallurgical equipment: the production capacity can be 200000 tons/year of steel plate, 10000 tons/year of composite steel plate, 10000 tons/year of titanium and titanium alloy plate and some other non-ferrous steel plate.
The project is accomplished by SEPHS. The main equipment incluedes a four roll reversible rolling mill, a straightener, a segmented cut and a transverse platform which use four row tapered roller bearings for work rolls and oil-film bearing for support rolls.
Using infinite chilled centrifugal compound cast iron roll as work roll and intergrated alloy forged steel roll as support roll.
Removing phosphorus by using high pressure water to imporve surface quality of plates.
Applying electric APC and hydraulic AGC to four roll reversible rolling mills.
